SPIRALE SERENA - Serene Spiral

This is a beauty! A gorgeous, delicately carved jade double twist with koru heart. Finely crafted from some of our most beautiful New Zealand Inanga Pounamu.

New Zealand inanga jade is renowned for its pale, milky green hue and subtle translucency, gifting it a serene, luminous quality. As one of the rarer forms of pounamu, it is prized for its understated beauty, tranquil essence, and timeless elegance. Pieces carved from this stone have a somewhat 'other wordly' presence and are beautiful to wear.

We have bound SPIRALE SERENA with our 4-Plait Khaki Green cord, and made it adjustable so you can position this pendant where it suits you best.

A wonderful hand carved pendant - unique jewellery, carved by a master of the art - ROSS CRUMP

The twist carving with its crisscross form represents the many paths of life and love and as such is regarded as the original eternity symbol. The single twist carving represents the joining together of two people for eternity. Its shape describes the way relationships shift, sometimes moving apart, but coming together as a couple share their lives.

It represents how the strong bond of friendship, loyalty and love last forever.  

The Koru: the Māori word for 'loop'. The spiral shaped koru design represents an unfolding silver fern frond. The circular movement towards an inner coil refers to ‘going back to the beginning’.  The unfurling frond itself is symbolic of new life, new beginnings, hope and rebirth.
