JADE MARAUDER a lovely small piece of jade art carved for us by Ric Moor.

This stylish koru, is carved from very striking New Zealand jade. It is a wonderfully, character-filled piece of Kokopu jade. A beautiful green, dappled, interesting and unique.

The best way to appreciate this work is to watch the brief video we have taken of it slowly revolving. It really is a stunner!

JADE MARAUDER is bold and beautiful. It is wonderfully carved with curves that create visual harmony. Ric has achieved that beautifully with this one.

JADE MARAUDER has a lovely symbolism combining two shapes that are important in our local culture: the hook and the koru.

The Koru symbolises new life, the central spiral shape represents an unfolding silver fern frond - the beginning of its life. The circular movement towards an inner coil refers to ‘going back to the beginning’. This is a fabulous pendant if you're embarking on new challenges. A partner to keep you company.
