THE BOUNDARY OF NO ESCAPE - an inescapable attraction

A spectacular, Marsden Jade disc sculpture. Hand carved by New Zealand Master Jade Carver - Ric Moor.

THE BOUNDARY OF NO ESCAPE is a large disc carved from a wonderful deep, dark green piece of New Zealand jade. It is a beautifully balanced piece, feels wonderful in the hand (I would recommend you pick this piece up and handle it regularly) and really is an earthy piece of sculptural art. This disc has a paper thin centre focal point which centres the design and provides a visual point of curiosity and beauty.

Backlit, this is a wonder-filled sculpture!

The disc is displayed on a hand carved Greywacke stand. The Greywacke comes from Ric's local West Coast beach. A tough and dramatic cradle for THE BOUNDARY OF NO ESCAPE.
