ILLUMINATION - a medium sized matau pendant, carved from a beautiful, bright New Zealand Kawakawa pounamu.

Beautiful, delicately carved and graceful. 

Illuminate your daily style, and feel connection with New Zealand. This particular piece has been carved from a marvellous piece of Kawakawa pounamu. A lovely semi-translucent stone that lets the light through showing the inner life of the material.

If you are going to gift this piece, we suggest that you wear it for a day or two - it will carry your mana (spirit) forever. 

We will let the photos, and the video, speak to the gentle design and the lovely semi-translucent jade, which glows in the light. 

A Matau pendant signifying abundance, adventure and safe travels. This is a gorgeous piece carved for us by Shaun Gardiner.

Included in the package is our 'Kia Ora' card, which explains the meaning behind the Matau design.

Shaun is a fantastic New Zealand Jade Carver, and we are delighted to share some of his work with you. He is located in the heart of 'jade country' and works with some of the nicest stone we've seen.
